The Control Room for Anger and Temper
Handle the moments that used to set you off, and stay in control of your own reaction.
That's the pattern worth naming: the raised voice, the words you can't unsay, the sense afterwards that you weren't really steering anything. It isn't really about anger itself. It's about what you decided, a long time ago, was worth losing control over.
This session takes you down into an industrial control room in your mind, where a furnace represents the intensity of your emotion, fed by fuel and oxygen you've been supplying without noticing. You're guided to reset the gauge itself, so a genuine threat still lights the fire, but a mistake or a disagreement no longer does. Patience and curiosity get their own dials, turned up rather than switched off.
It runs about 22 minutes, and it leaves you with a genuine sense of choice, the fire still there when you truly need it, just no longer running the room.
