This session begins with your breath, breathing in a colour that represents confidence and breathing out one that represents old shame, so the shift starts gently before the imagery deepens. You are guided to a beach in the South of Spain, where you notice someone dancing with complete self acceptance, unbothered by anyone watching. Slowly, you step into their body, feeling what that ease actually feels like from the inside, then bring the sensation back with you as your own.

It runs about 17 minutes, and most people notice that feeling has not quite left by the time they open their eyes.
