Hypnosis to Perceive Smoking as a Toxic Relationship
Picture yourself breathing easily, done with cigarettes pulling you back in.
You have told yourself it is just one, then reached for another anyway, caught in a pull that always feels bigger than you. There's the same excuse returning, the same promise that this time it means nothing.
The session guides you into deep relaxation, imagining riding a horse down through woodland into a quarry, a place where something valuable is taken and left empty. There, smoking is reframed as a toxic relationship, a narcissistic partner that gaslights you into believing you need it when really it only takes. You are guided to notice the thick tar it leaves behind and to leave that part of you at the bottom of the quarry.
Twenty minutes, and you climb back out as the nonsmoker, breathing clean air, ready to notice how different freedom feels the next time an old urge tries to speak.
