Maybe you recognise the pattern: whatever you earn gets swallowed by bills and living costs, and no matter how hard you work, some quiet part of you never feels entitled to keep more of it. That sense of not quite deserving it can sit underneath everything, even the decisions that are going well.

Here you float above a tropical island, rising higher, until you notice a heavy rock tied by rope around your waist. The rock is the belief holding you down, often something as plain as not being worthy enough, and you are invited to cut the rope and feel yourself lift further, beyond the pull that has kept you circling the same ground.
