Grief Hypnosis - Preparing for the Passing of a Father
Find a calmer place to sit with a father's passing that feels near.
The words you never got to say still circle at 3am, and the guilt sits underneath the grief. This session gives you somewhere to put both.
You settle into a slow breath and are led onto a terrace looking out over a golden desert, then walked barefoot across warm sand into a quieter part of your mind. There you picture your father again, at the point of your strongest connection, and are given space to say whatever still needs saying. The desert itself becomes the reassurance: dunes shift with the wind, just as loss settles slowly rather than all at once. It supports you in finding what he gave you that still lives in you, and in feeling less alone with the ending itself.
Nineteen minutes, and it tends to be one you return to more than once as the time gets nearer.
