Freedom From the Self-Loathing of Solitary Alcohol Drinking
Spend your evenings free from the pull of drinking alone. Not by fighting it, but by wanting something different.
You know the pattern: the glass poured out of habit, and the tightness in your chest as you wonder if you can get more. That quiet self loathing that follows is the exact thing this session works with.
Once you're settled, you're guided to float up and forward in your own timeline, three or six months ahead, to observe a version of you who has already changed their relationship with alcohol. From there you're invited to sit briefly with the mild discomfort of wanting a drink, just fifteen minutes of it, and notice that it passes, building a calmer, more resourceful response to that urge.
It runs about 21 minutes, and most people find that fifteen minutes of discomfort gets a little easier to sit with each time they come back to it.
