It leads you down a staircase into a place your mind builds as entirely safe, with three beds to try until one feels right. From there it takes you into a dream within a dream, into a control room where a dial marked thinking has been turned too far toward overthinking, and guides you towards turning it back, along with another dial, towards a more optimistic, pragmatic way of meeting whatever the next day brings.

It ends with you imagining the kind of sleep where you wake recharged instead of drained. Long enough to lose yourself in fully, and the kind of session people tend to return to on the nights their mind won't sit still.
