A slow ten step descent leads you into a calm, safe place of your own imagining, and from there you are guided to look at two objects floating in front of you, each one holding an old story: the family curse and the belief that you are less desirable. Held up to the light, both dissolve into what they always were, thoughts repeated often enough to feel like fact, not truth itself.

It runs about thirty minutes, and many find they return to it whenever an old story about love starts to feel true again, each time a little easier to set down.
