Anxiety Hypnosis - Weeding the Garden of Anxiety
Anxious beliefs that once took root can be gently replaced with ones that actually serve you.
Maybe you recognise the belief that keeps circling back: people won't be there when you need them, or things will always be this way. It rarely feels like a decision you made. It feels like the truth, even when it is quietly making your life smaller.
This session uses the image of a garden choked by weeds and brambles, each one standing for a belief that was planted at a difficult moment to protect you. Pulling weeds without reaching the root only means they grow back. Instead, you're guided to return to that moment as an observer, see it with more understanding, and let a steadier belief take root in its place.
It runs about 18 minutes, and it works one belief at a time, with the sense that more will follow once the first one shifts.
