The Movie Theatre of Compassion and Forgiveness - Hypnosis for Traumatic Flashbacks
Look back on old memories with compassion instead of regret.
You know the ones. They pounce on you out of nowhere and pull you straight back into a moment you wish had gone differently. This session works with that pattern directly, taking you to an old cinema to watch the memory play on screen, not as the person it happened to, but as a bystander watching someone younger who didn't have the tools you have now.
From that seat you're guided towards accepting what happened, or forgiving the part you played in it. Some memories only ask for one of these. Others let you take a piece of wisdom too, something to carry forward rather than carry as regret.
It runs about 17 minutes, and the idea is that once one memory changes, the next one gets easier to meet the same way, until the memories that used to bother you start to bother you less.
