The Hypnotic Control Room for Reducing Appetite and Overeating
Eating only what your body actually needs, without the constant tug of war over food.
That mismatch is familiar, an appetite that stays high long after the active years that once justified it, so you eat past full and then feel disappointed in yourself for it.
This session takes you to a beach, then into an imagined control room where appetite and calorie needs sit as two separate dials. You're guided to notice when they're out of sync, and towards adjusting appetite so it feels proportionate to what your day actually requires, the same intuitive adjustment you already make with the volume on a television or how much water you drink. From there you rehearse choosing quality over quantity at an imagined buffet, and eating slowly enough that leaving food on the plate starts to feel like a win rather than a loss.
It runs about 30 minutes, and the idea is that this new setting stays with you long after the recording ends, showing up quietly at the next meal.
