This session guides you back to an old memory of yourself as a child playing football in the rain, then invites you to step into that scene as someone from the future, offering the child comfort and telling them a secret from their own life, proof enough that you are real. The central image is one of replanting, pulling up a tree that was planted in fear and putting a different one in its place, a tree of fascination rather than fright.

It runs about 28 minutes, and it tends to feel different the next time the sky turns dark, closer to wonder than fear.
