Hypnosis for Grief and Loss
You can carry the love forward while the grief itself grows lighter to hold.
Maybe it's a parent, a partner, a sibling, or a pet who filled a house that now feels quieter. Maybe no one died at all, and someone you loved simply stopped answering, which can sit in the chest exactly like a bereavement.
Before you begin, you're asked to bring to mind one specific person or pet, and one memory where you can still see them smile. The session guides you back into that memory, not to relive the loss but to sit with them again, to say the things you never got to say. As the memory continues, a gentle light is invited to grow brighter inside you, easing the ache rather than sharpening it.
It runs about 23 minutes, and it ends by inviting you to visit that memory again whenever you need to, so the connection stays open even as the grief itself changes shape.
