Hypnosis for Alternatives to Alcohol for Stress
Stress starts to feel manageable without alcohol being the first thing you reach for.
That instinct to pour a glass the second stress hits is familiar, and it is rarely about the drink itself, more about needing the feeling to pass quickly and quietly. This session works directly with that exact pattern, not against it.
After a relaxation that melts tension like ice under warm sun, you are guided to a quiet room with a screen showing other ways of meeting stress: a walk, a rowing machine, tidying a desk, picking up a book instead of a glass of wine, each one shown clearly enough to feel possible. You watch a version of yourself choose these, then sign an internal agreement to try forty days without alcohol, giving those alternatives space to prove themselves.
It runs about 15 minutes, and the forty day agreement has a way of staying with people long after the session ends.
