Hypnosis for a Fear of Abandonment
Feel able to trust in your relationships, without needing constant reassurance that someone will stay.
That's the quiet fear underneath it, the urge to check where you stand, the worry that if you relax, this person will disappear too. Needing someone else's presence to feel safe, rather than simply choosing to be with them.
This session works with the belief that took root somewhere in childhood, using the image of climbing into an invisible bubble and travelling back to reassure the version of you who first learned to need love rather than want it. From there, you're guided forward through childhood and into the present, each stage building a steadier sense that your worth was never dependent on someone else's choices.
It runs about twenty two minutes, and it tends to leave a quieter kind of confidence behind, the sense that the ground was there all along, waiting to be noticed.
